Environmental Action
Earth Hour began in 2007 in Sydney, Australia, when about 2.2 million people and 2,000 businesses switched off their lights. It went global fast. By 2008, it had spread to 35 countries — and today, it’s observed in over 190 countries and territories. The main goal isn’t the electricity saved in one hour — it’s about inspiring long-term environmental action. Feel free to design with the lights off!
