Let's Relax Together!

I relax best when doing my skin-care routine in the morning and evening. I apply all my products in the bathroom. Let's do a makeover of this space, starting with uplifting tiles on the walls! In return, here's my tip for you: try a breathing exercise. Sit down in a quiet area and breathe in for 5 seconds, hold your breath for 5 more and breathe out to a slow count of 5.
