Submit an image of your room design that you would like to see featured in Redecor game (the “Image”) along with a brief story about yourself and your design preferences. If you like, you can also submit a photo of yourself – please ensure that no other persons are visible in the photo.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THE IMAGE, PLEASE READ THE TERMS BELOW.

The submission is open to participants, i.e. person(s) who submit the Image which complies with the terms herein, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the submission (“Participants”).

For consideration (including, without limitation, the possibility of publicly using your name and participant information), the Participant is submitting certain information via dedicated link at Redecor’s official website (https://www.redecor.com) for the benefit of Reworks Oy and its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies (the “Company”) upon the following terms and conditions.

BY SUBMITTING THE IMAGE, YOU ACKNOWLEGDE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE COMPANY’S PRIVACY NOTICE AND THAT YOU CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH. MOREOVER, YOU AGREE TO THE COMPANY’S TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND THAT YOUR SUBMISSION AND THE INFORMATION INPUT ON THE SUBMISSION FORM WILL BE SHARED WITH THE COMPANY AND THAT YOU MAY BE CONTACTED BY THE COMPANY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL NOT BE USED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and any or all of his/her submissions and Images if he/she is deemed by the Company to be (a) tampering with the submission process or its operation; (b) violating these terms; (c) violating the conditions of use and/or general rules; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or act fraudulently in any manner.

By submitting the Image, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You submit an original Image that does not belong to or is not created by someone else.
• You have all legal rights to submit the Image.
• The Image does not contain any third-party trademarks, tradenames, logos or other marks.
• The Image becomes the property of the Company.
• You grant to the Company and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, unrestricted, irrevocable and sublicensable right to re-use, reproduce, modify and redistribute the Image in any form, format or media.
• You grant the Company the right to use your name, picture, image, voice and likeness as part of Redecor in-game content and in all related marketing and other activities in any media, including but not limited to newsletters, advertisements, and other promotional materials; Redecor’s website and its related social media sites; and posting to the website as public or private content.
• You will indemnify the Company and its officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns, from and against all damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees).
  relating to any claim, action, suit or proceeding brought by a third party as a result of your breach of these terms, including the representations and warranties above.
• The Company shall have no obligation to pay any fees or royalties for the use of the Image or for any other rights granted hereunder.
