    What should I do if I encounter a bug or crash?
    We are committed to providing our players with an enjoyable gaming experience and continuously strive to minimize technical issues while maintaining a high standard of gameplay. As with any mobile app or online service, occasional technical challenges may arise that are beyond our immediate control. When such issues occur, we actively investigate and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

    What data do you collect about me?

    When you download and play one of our games via an app, visit our websites or use our other Services, we collect information about you.     How old do I have to be to play Redecor?

    Our game is intended for an adult audience (18+) for amusement purposes only and does not offer “real money” gambling, or an opportunity to win real money or prizes based on game play.

    What is your policy regarding abusive or inappropriate behavior in the game?

    We’re committed to creating a gaming environment that is fun, inclusive, and welcoming to everyone. To support this goal, we do not tolerate abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior of any kind. Players are expected to communicate respectfully and follow our Terms of Service (https://www.playtika.com/terms-service/) at all times.

    This includes all forms of in-game communication - such as usernames, and user profile details.

    Examples of inappropriate or abusive behavior include (but are not limited to):

    Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory language

    Obscene or sexually explicit banter

    Threats, harassment, or intimidation

    Excessive swearing or toxic language

    Bullying or targeting other players

    Please note that such misconduct may lead to consequences, including (but not limited to) the removal of content, temporary suspensions, and permanent account closure depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.

    How do I report abuse or offensive content?
    If you come across any abuse or offensive content, or want to appeal a content moderation decision, here's how to report it:

    Go to the Contact Support section

    Choose "Privacy & Report Abuse" and choose the Report Abuse category

    Choose a subject: Report Abuse

    Describe what you want to report. A screenshot would be helpful

    Click submit! 

    Our team will carefully review your report within a reasonable timeframe and respond accordingly. In appropriate cases that justify it, we will take the necessary action against the reported party. Please note that you may appeal the outcome of the report, as described in the screenshots above.

    I received an email asking for personal info. Is it real?

    No. We’ll never request passwords, payment info, or other sensitive data by email. Report the message as phishing and delete it.

    Why was my account suspended?

    In order to maintain a safe platform for all players, suspensions are issued by our security team when violations of our Terms of Service (https://www.playtika.com/terms-service/) are detected.

    Suspensions can be caused due to posting offensive or infringing content, harassing, abusing or harming another player, conducting commercial activity, using automation software or design cheats and additional matters covered by our Terms of Service (https://www.playtika.com/terms-service/).

    If you believe your suspension was made in error, please reach out to us with your Account ID and a brief explanation so we can review your case.

    Can I get a refund?

    Our games are free to play and offer optional in-app purchases. Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable. For transactions completed through a platform provider, the platform provider is responsible for any refunds (if any), and its refund policies will apply.     Can I cash-in my virtual goods or win real money in your games?

    No. Our games and services don’t offer real money gambling or a chance to win real money or prizes. Our coins have no cash value as stated in our Terms of Service(https://www.playtika.com/terms-service/), virtual items can never be transferred, sold, traded, redeemed or cashed out for “real world” money, goods, or any other item of monetary value. All the virtual items in the game are intended for entertainment purpose only and have no “real world” value.
